How can I track my order?

You can track your order at anytime HERE.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation number within 5-7 business days, please let us know by emailing info@vuryz.com. We will be happy to look into it for you.

We try to keep our returns and exchange policy as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should not be a problem at all to return or exchange your items.

 


I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible (Usually within 24 hours) but we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is to contact us at info@vuryz.com with your order number and the changes required. We will be sure to let you know, whether we were able to make the requested changes.

In the event that your package has already left our facilities, please be aware that no further changes can be accommodated. Thus, if an error is detected, it is advisable to reach out to us promptly.

We answer emails in the order they are received. Usually, you can expect a response from us within the same day. We do our best to reply to all emails within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry. 

 


How long is the processing period?

Our standard processing period is between 1 - 3 business days. We aim to process most of the orders within 24 hours but if we are backed up with many customer orders, it can take up to 3 business days.

 


How long does the shipping take?

We process and ship all of our orders from Monday to Friday. Once your order is placed and confirmed, your package should be shipped out to you within a week, and you will received an email with the tracking number soon.

 


What do I do if I received a damaged order or missing items from my order?

If any of your items are missing from your purchased order please contact us immediately to resolve your issue. We have a 30 days Money Back Guarantee so make sure to contact us within that time frame.
